Shipping & Payment Policy
ELARE specializes in handmade knitwear. Each piece is carefully crafted with attention to quality, comfort, and detail. We sincerely appreciate your patience and support.
Shipping Time
• In-stock items are shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation.
• Made-to-order items require approximately 1 month for production and delivery from the date of purchase.
After your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to confirm order details and production schedule.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Shipping carriers are selected based on delivery efficiency and service reliability to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
All orders include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor shipment status until delivery.
Shipping Rates
• Complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over HK$2,000 HKD.
• Orders below HK$2,000 HKD are subject to a flat shipping fee of HK$120 HKD.
Duties & Taxes
For most orders above HK$2,000 HKD, duties and import taxes are included or minimized where possible depending on destination country and shipping method.
In certain regions, additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may occasionally apply in accordance with local regulations and customs policies.
Any such charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and remain outside of our direct control.
Additional Notes
• Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
• If an order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, all items will be shipped together once production is completed. Delivery timing will follow the item with the longer lead time.
• Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, local courier operations, weather conditions, or other force majeure circumstances. ELARE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by such events.

配送時效
• 現貨商品：訂單確認後 3 個工作日內發出。
• 訂製商品：自下單日起，整體製作及配送週期約為 1 個月。
下單後，我們會第一時間與您聯繫，確認訂單細節及製作安排。
全球配送
我們支持全球配送服務。
我們將根據配送效率與服務穩定性，自主選擇合適物流渠道，以確保訂單安全、及時送達。
所有訂單均提供物流追蹤單號，您可隨時查詢包裹運輸狀態直至簽收。
運費標準
• 訂單金額滿 HK$2,000 港幣，享全球包郵服務。
• 訂單金額未滿 HK$2,000 港幣，統一收取 HK$120 港幣運費。
關於關稅與進口稅費
對於大部分滿 HK$2,000 港幣的訂單，我們將根據目的地國家及物流方式，盡可能承擔或降低相關進口稅費與關稅成本。
部分國家或地區仍可能因當地海關政策、進口法規或清關要求，產生額外關稅、進口稅費或清關手續費。
相關費用均由目的地海關機構決定，具體情況可能因國家及地區政策不同而有所差異，超出我們可直接控制範圍。
其他說明
• 星期六、星期日及法定公眾假期不安排發貨。
• 若同一訂單同時包含現貨與訂製商品，默認合併發貨，整體配送時間將以製作週期較長商品為準。
• 因海關查驗、物流延誤、天氣因素或其他不可抗力情況，配送時間可能受到影響。對於此類情況導致的延遲，ELARE 不承擔相關責任。
