Returns & Refunds Policy
If, for whatever reason, you wish to return your items, please do so within 7 days of receipt. Fill out the return form that was in the package and include it in your return package. Return shipping is at your expense.
Once we receive your returned items and they are in resellable condition (no damage, no stains, unwashed, and tags intact), we will process your refund. Please contact us at gk@elareknit.com if you have any questions.

(A "consumer" is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction which, to an overwhelming extent, cannot be attributed to either his commercial or independent professional activities.)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 7 days without specifying any reasons.
The withdrawal period is 7 days, effective from the day:
• on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the products, provided you had ordered one or more products within the scope of a standard order and this/these product/products is/are delivered uniformly;
• on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the last product, provided you had ordered several products within the scope of a standard order and these products are delivered separately;
• on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the last part delivery or the last unit, provided you had ordered a product, which is delivered in several part deliveries or units.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ELARE, Email address: gk@elareknit.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
In order to safeguard the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the withdrawal right before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall repay all the payments we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs which arise from the fact that you selected a form of delivery other than the most reasonable standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification about the withdrawal of this contract from you. We use the same means of payment which you had originally used during the original transaction for this repayment unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees owing to this repayment.
We can refuse the repayment until the products are returned to us or until you have furnished evidence that you have sent the products back to us, depending on whichever is earlier.
You must return or transfer the products to us immediately and, in any case, at the latest within 7 days with effect from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is maintained if you send the products before the expiry of the 7-day deadline.
You bear the direct costs for returning the products.
You must pay for any depreciation of the products only if this depreciation can be attributed to any handling with you that was not necessary for checking the condition, features and functionality of the products.

您有權於 7 天內無需說明理由撤銷本合約。
撤銷期限為 7 天，自以下日期起算：
• 如您一次訂購一件或多件商品並統一配送：自您或您指定之非承運第三方簽收商品之日起；
• 如您訂購多件商品並分批配送：自您或您指定之非承運第三方簽收最後一件商品之日起；
• 如商品分多批次或多單元配送：自您或您指定之非承運第三方簽收最後一批次或最後一件商品之日起。
為行使撤銷權，您需透過明確聲明（例如電子郵件）通知我們：

您可使用隨附之標準撤銷表格，但並非強制要求。
為確保於撤銷期限內行使權利，您只需於期限屆滿前發出撤銷通知即可。
撤銷之後果
如您撤銷本合約，我們將於收到您的撤銷通知後 14 天內，退還您已支付之所有款項（包括原始配送費用，但不包括因您選擇非本店提供之最經濟標準配送方式而產生之額外費用）。
退款將使用您原交易之付款方式進行，除非雙方另有明確約定；退款過程不會向您收取任何手續費。
在收到您退回之商品，或您提供商品已寄回之證明前（以較早發生者為準），我們有權暫緩退款。
您需於通知我們撤銷合約後 7 天內將商品寄回或交還予我們。在期限屆滿前寄出商品，即視為符合期限要求。
商品退回之直接運費需由您自行承擔。
僅當商品之價值損耗係因超出檢查商品外觀、功能與性質所需之不當使用所造成時，您才需承擔相應之價值損失。
